1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Final-sale, personalized, and hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return

Email abhay.dubey@codeshastra.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will share return instructions and the return address.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping charges may apply unless local law requires otherwise.

5. Inspection and Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
